Vinopolis wine attraction has added a new river-themed tour to its repertoire. Working in partnership with Catamaran Cruisers, the new 'From Water to Wine' tour allows visitors to take a relaxing cruise along the Thames to Vinopolis followed by the Classic Vinopolis tour.

We're BITC Small Company of the Year! |

At a glittering prize ceremony hosted by Prince Charles we were crowned Business in the Community Small Company of the Year in July. This prestigious award recognises the company as a national Ambassador of Excellence. As a neighbourhood restaurant we feel that Corporate Social Responsibility is integral to our all aspects of our business. We hope this award demonstrates to other restaurants that looking after the local community can also be influential to business success. We were also a finalist for the National Business Awards and a Catey (Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine) award. |
| New Kids' arts exhibition |

We have a new art exhibtion in the restaurant - a selection of drawings and etchings by Southwark children. The exhibition is part of the 'Gifted and Talented' programme sponsored by Bankside Restaurant in which, in a series of Saturday classes, year 8 and 9 students drew from life at the Prince's Drawing School in Shoreditch. We think the pictures, which also include some etchings, are both remarkable and refreshing - we hope you like them too. |
