Fast Service Guarantee at Bankside EC2

We listen to our customers and want you to have a pleasureable experience every time you visit Bankside Restaurants EC2. The feedback following recent customer surveys has shown that customers would like to see faster service at our restaurants.

We have invested in staff training to enable us to offer a NEW Fast Service Guarantee for lunch and dinner:

All starters will be served within 10 minutes of ordering.

All main courses will be served within 15 minutes of ordering / of your starter being cleared*

*Well done steaks excluded.

If you do not receive your food within these times you can now request 50% off your meal (drinks excluded).

To take advantage of this Fast Service Guarantee, if your meal is served outside of these times, please quote 'Fast Service Guarantee' to the waiter who is serving you (EC2 only).

Tickets cost £30pp which includes all food and drink mentioned above.

Places are booking up quickly so please reserve your places / tables early to avoid disappointment. EC2 is now fully booked for the Trinidad and Tobago match but you can still get in at SE1!

Summer salads and refreshing new summer cocktails

Try our new cool and healthy summer salad menu over the coming weeks.

8 new salads are available from £8.50 as a main course.

To accompany your salad at lunchtime, why not try one of our refreshing virgin (non-alcoholic) cocktails. Ask at the bar or ask your waiter for further details.

This new menu is perfect for those warm summers days and will be available until September 2006.

Theatre Meal Deal - OFFER EXTENDED TO AUGUST!

Bankside SE1 in partnership with Southwark Playhouse...

Bankside continues to team up with Southwark Playhouse to offer fantasic meal and theatre deals during 2006 (up to August 5th 2006).

Privilege Card Holders can visit Bankside SE1 for a 2 course meal and visit Southwark Playhouse for just £20 (price excludes drinks).
