eClub Membership Terms and Conditions

By submitting the application form, providing your email address and joining the eClub you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

• Membership is valid upon receipt of a completed application form.

• To take advantage of eClub benefits and offers all table reservations must be booked online.

• Membership offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.

• eClub membership cannot be used during the month of December, 14 February or during private bookings.

• Dining is subject to table availability.

• Discounts are only applicable to food.

• Offers can be used by you and up to five guests dining with you at a given time.

• Bankside Restaurants reserves the right to amend offers or discontinue the eClub membership scheme at any time without prior notification.

• Membership is not transferable or refundable.

• All eClub members will receive a monthly email detailing eClub member offers unless you request otherwise.

• Information held will be placed on a database in accordance with the provision of the data protection act. It will not be passed on to third parties.
