Thank you so much for everything you did for us. We had a truly brilliant day and all our guests, without exception, commented on the fantastic venue and delicious food. We felt that all your staff went out of their way to accommodate our guests, and really bent over backwards to give us exactly the wedding day we dreamed of.

Re: Our xmas Party on the 13th Dec.

I wanted to drop you a quick line just to say how delighted I was with our xmas party. I have had nothing but compliments and I felt it was only right to pass these onto you all. The vote was unanimous – best ever party, great venue, fabulous food, fantastic staff! Please do pass on our thanks to all your staff as they could not have been more helpful and polite. The cook wasn’t bad either!!

It looks like quite a number of my staff will be taking friends up there for dinner so you should see business pick up and you deserve to – just reward for a good job done.

Dear Kelvin,

I would like to thank you and your brilliant team so much for enabling the members of the Older Peoples clubs to have a fantastic meal in very pleasant surroundings. The response from members in coming to Bankside was particularly good. They all without exception thoroughly enjoyed their meals and are hoping we can come again!!! For many of them your restaurant is somewhere they would not normally go, so it was a real treat and made them feel very special.

Dear Raewyn, Kelvin, John and others

Just a brief note to say thank you for your hospitality and service on Saturday night – it made for an excellent evening!

All reports, and I agree, was that the food and wine was unrecognisable from years gone by, and that people were really impressed by the quality of the venue, the service and the meal itself. Although each and every year provides new learning experiences for me, as different issues crop up each time, I thought this year went as well as could be hoped. The atmosphere / culture of Bankside is great, and I wish you all the best with your expansion plans. I am sure I will be back in touch in the summer next year. Until then, many thanks again (and please pass them on).
